| "Your new whole wheat bars are FANTASTIC! My favorite is raspberry, but the apple cinnamon and peach apricot ones are excellent as well. I'd love to see some new flavors added as well. Citrus blends would be great, and a berry mix would be super as well.

| "This was my mom's second order, she loved the first and has been munching away on the wheat bars. So I ordered 2 each of the four varieties, and she plans to give a couple of bags to her brother who is in a convalescent hospital and who loves fruit bars. Can you also tell me the approximate shelf life either unopened and opened for these cookies; can they be repacked, vacuum sealed and frozen?
