High in protein, calcium and iron. Sunflower seeds are a very healthy snack. The taste speaks for itself! These are roasted and salted out of the shell.

“I was so excited to find your website and love your product! We could not find sunflower seeds without the shell or any chocolate covered seeds. Since the sunflower is the main flower in our daughter's upcoming wedding, we couldn't think of a more appropriate food to have the guests snack on at the wedding reception! Thank you for offering a wide variety of products!! Will highly recommend your site to our fiends and family and use your product again! ”

“We couldn't find any good seeds when we relocated to Nashville, TN from the NORTH!
These are GREAT! We don't even bother looking anywhere else anymore!

“Wow, fresh, delicious, and guilt-free! These are exquisite, perfect for snacking. I sprinkle roasted/salted/no shell sunflower seeds into oatmeal and omit the "pinch of salt" for making the oatmeal, throw in a generous handful of NOL's second-to-none dried whole cranberries, and I have a delicious, nutritious breakfast that gives me lots of energy for the day. Let "WOW!" suffice, as usual, for NutsOnline's outstanding products.”

“Easy ordering, good prices, fast shipping and receipt. What more can you want? This was my second order-my daughter eats more sunflower seeds than most major league teams, and you make the price reasonable!”

Ordered several pounds of no shell sunflower seeds.
I have not seen seeds this large since I was a kid growing up eating sunflower seeds from the shell like the baseball players do today.
And they still taste the same as they did back then.
I'm really enjoying them as I think back to yesteryear.
Thank you for the delicious treat.
