Our beloved grandfather, Poppy Sol, started this business in an open-air market. Three generations later, we’re still bringing smiles to our customers' faces.
Midnight Blue Popcorn Kernel
All natural midnight blue popcorn kernels. Pops into a delicious light and fluffy popcorn.
Stove top directions: Preheat 3 tablespoons of oil in a deep pan on medium heat. The best oils to use have a high smoke-point (peanut oil, safflower oil, soy oil, sunflower oil, light olive oil, or coconut oil). When the oil is hot add 1/3c popcorn kernels. Put a lid on the pot and continue to move the pan, or stir the kernels, so that they do not burn. Cook for 2 1/2 min to 4 min or until the pops are 5 seconds apart.
Mix 1/3c of popcorn with 1 Tbs of oil. Add the kernel and oil mixture to a brown paper bag. Fold over the top of the bag two times and give it a good shake. Cook for 2 1/2 min or until the pops are 5 seconds apart.

“First off, I have to say that I didn't first come on here to submit feedback when I received my shipment because I haven't gotten a chance to try any of my products (and I ordered a LOT based on the raving reviews from other customers). But I ordered on Friday and delayed the shipping until Monday because I didn't want my carob chips to melt. It shipped on Monday, I came home to it on my doorstep on Tuesday, and when I opened the box, I screamed with joy! AND let me just say that I just popped your midnight blue popcorn kernels in my microwave about 5 minutes ago and I LOVE THEM! Definitely very good quality and an awesome snack for the middle of the day. I will buy again from you guys very soon!”

“I CAN EAT POPCORN!!! I am allergic to regular corn, but I tried your midnight blue popcorn. I pop it in olive oil, sprinkle it with a bit of sea salt, Italian herbs, and Parmesan cheese for a healthy snack. Your sample packs were also great!”
