Chickpeas

A mixture of roasted salted ceci beans (garbanzo beans or chickpeas) and fava beans.

These are cooked chick-peas that have been flattened, fried, and seasoned with spices.

Made from raw chickpeas ground into a flour, this is a great substitute for wheat flour. These can be used to make falafel, pancakes, or even fritters.

All natural organic Chickpeas. Also known as Garbanzo beans. Cook in soups or by themselves. Makes for an extremely healthy side dish.
