Sweet Butter |

Water |

Instant Espresso Powder |
| 8 ounce |
Raspberry Chocolate Chips |

Vanilla |

Eggs (beaten) |
| 3/4 cup |
Flour |
| 1/4 tsp |
Salt |
| 1/4 tsp |
BakingSoda |
| 1 cup |
Chopped Nuts of choice |
Cooking Directions: |

Combine brown sugar, sweet butter, water, instant espresso powder. Bring to a boil and stir in raspberry chocolate chips, vanilla and eggs.

Mix well, then stir in flour, salt, soda and nuts (optional).

Pour into greased 8" square pan. Bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes.
