Recipe Ingredients:
2 ounce packages of Foi gras
peach cut into 20 wedges
1/4  cup of bourbon
cup duck stock
tbs chives
  salt and pepper

Cooking Directions:
1.  Season Foie gras with salt & pepper. In a very hot saut
