Recipe for Fresh Fruit and Yogurt Salad

Recipe Ingredients:
  Fresh organic fruit (apple, orange, strawberry, kiwi, banana, blueberry, cherry or whatever you like)
1 cup  Organic Yogurt - vanilla
2 tbsp  Organic Chia Seeds
  Organic Walnuts

Cooking Directions:
1.  Cut up fruit of your choice into medium size bowl.

2.  Add approximately 1 cup of organic vanilla yogurt.

3.  Add Organic chia seeds and nuts.

4.  Mix well and enjoy.

5.  Sprinkle each serving with organic walnuts if desired.
