cups chopped Dried Cranberries or chopped Organic Dried Cranberries |

Orange Glaze |

tbsp orange juice |

cup powdered sugar |

Cooking Directions: |

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, blend butter and sugar until light and creamy. Mix together egg and vanilla, then add sour cream. In separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg together until blended.

Stir into butter mixture mixing well. Add chopped pecans and chopped cranberries. Drop tablespoon-sized mounds on a buttered cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes then let cool for several minutes on baking sheet.

Remove to rack and cool completely before icing. (Note: cookies are also good without the glaze) Store in a tight container, makes 3 dozen cookies.
