Recipe for Cannellini Beans Cheese Tortellini Soup

Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups  Cannellini Beans, cooked
4 ounce  Cheese Tortellini, refrigerated or frozen
Medium Onion, diced
1 cup  Diced Celery
Green Bell Pepper, seeded & diced
Small Zucchini, diced
1 large  Tomato, diced
8 to 10  Large Mushrooms, sliced
1-28 ounce  Can Crushed Tomatoes
2 tbsp  Parsley Flakes and Basil
1 tsp  Pepper
1 tbsp  Oregano
1 tsp  Thyme
4 cups  Water
1/2 tsp  Sea Salt

Cooking Directions:
1.  Follow basic bean recipe for cooking raw beans. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add the onion, celery, bell pepper, zucchini, fresh tomato and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cooked beans, crushed tomatoes, water and seasonings, reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the tortellini and cook for 15-25 minutes longer.
