Recipe for Avocado and Raisin Dip

Recipe Ingredients:
Avocados; peeled and chopped
1/2  cup Dark Raisins
1/2  cup vegetable oil
1/4  cup lime juice
tsp sugar
tsp salt
1/4  tsp freshly ground pepper

Cooking Directions:
1.  Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve with raw vegetables, assorted crackers or fried tortillas.

Deliciously sweet dried grapes. Dark raisins are high in iron. Excellent for snacks. Even the kids love them. Great for baking as well.
