Get ready for a fiesta of fabulous flavors with these bold and crunchy germinated pistachios with a sprinkle of pepitas. This trio of red chilies, accentuating the flavor of smoked jalapeno, with a kick of cumin and other seasonings, makes a rich, spicy snack that just might make you head south of the border.
All of the nuts are soaked in water overnight. During this time, amazing dormant enzymes and nutrients are activated and existing fats are transformed into healthier amino acids. This process is called germination. Live enzymes allow the nuts to be easily digested and the nutrients readily absorbed by our bodies.
The nuts are then seasoned and gently air-dried at low temperatures around 115 degrees. Drying at low temperatures, instead of roasting, protects all of the live enzymes and nutrients. The end result is LIVE nuts!

I tried the Simply Elderberries, which are tart and flavorful! I got the Chipotle Pistachios, which are spicy (not too spicy) and very yummy! Then on to the BBQ Veggie Chips. Wow! These are hard to put down! Smoky and sort of sweet, crunchy deliciousness! I think I filled up on the BBQ chips, because I haven't had a chance to try the rest of the things I got.”
