Almond paste is a great ingredient for your everyday baking. Our paste contains 67% select grade almonds so you can be sure that you're getting a quality product.

The paste adds a delicate depth to any dessert you make. The subtle sweetness of the almonds coupled with the natural fruitiness makes it a pantry staple. From scrumptious almond cookies and fruit tarts to delectable almond croissants and wedding cakes, the possibilities are endless!

You can combine equal parts confectioner's sugar and almond paste with a touch of light corn syrup to make marzipan.

And, yes, the paste can be frozen so it can last for up to a year! (You're not the only one wondering this :-))

Health Tips

1. A 1.5 oz handful of almonds is a leading source of vitamin E and magnesium, and also contains protein, fiber, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and iron.

2. 64% of the fats found in almonds are monounsaturated fats and, according to the American Heart Association, these fats help lower harmful cholesterol levels as effectively as expensive pharmaceutical drugs.

3. 1 oz of almonds has 7.6 grams of protein, while a whole egg has just 5.5 grams of protein. The protein in almonds maintains healthy muscle growth in your body.

4. 1 oz of almonds contains as much calcium as ¼ cup of milk for strong bones.

“Just got my 7LB. Almond paste. Made my first pear almond tart. After measuring out 24 1/2 cups of paste. I can look forward to making 51 more cakes. What a deal. It used to cost me 5 to 7 dollars per cake. Now it's about $1.00. What a deal. So happy. Maybe I will go in business.”

“After moving to NC I was not able to find any place that sold Almond Paste. So I got on line and found Nuts.com. I purchased a 7 lb can. I made Italian Almond Paste cookies and held my breath, not knowing how they would come out. Well they were the best ever. I will order again.”

“Thanks for your fresh and well-priced products. My family goes through poppy seeds relatively fast and yours is the price to beat. While they are the main reason we keep coming back, we also appreciate your larger-than-normal packages of nutmeg and porcini mushroom, your soft and flavorful dry fruit, and your hard-to-find almond paste. Oh, and the quality and variety of your nuts is great.”
