I'm Jeff. My grandfather started a small nut shop in 1929 and I started NutsOnline from my freshman dorm room in 1999. It's been really fun and we have enjoyed and continue to enjoy spectacular growth.

My programmers Ben and Brian and I are anal about customer experience. Once an order is placed we are all about smiles, but when it comes to the website itself, well, damn, we can do so much better. But...

Ben and Brian are programmers, and I am a finance / management guy, so hmmm...
