Our freeze-dried sweet corn is naturally sweet and delicious, with nothing added to it. Great as a snack to munch on, or to mix in soups and salads.

Organic purple corn kernels are rich in phenolics and anthocyanins, and has just about the highest antioxidant content of any food - even more than blueberries!
