Soy Beans

TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein) is made from reduced-fat soy beans and is used to replace or extend ground meats. It is be also added to casseroles to add extra flavor and nutrition.

Soy Protein Powder is a nourishing source of vegetable protein which is highly digestible. Sprinkle this powder over cereals, soups, or use to make a delightful, high-protein drink

Organic Textured Soy Protein (TSP) is made from low fat, water-processed soy flour that is cooked, extruded and dried. Use protein-rich TSP in meat patties, health bars, stews and soups.

Soy lecithin granules are packed with healthy choline. One tablespoon of mild nutty flavored lecithin granules provides about 50% of the new (DRI) Dietary Reference Intake Level for choline.
