Our freeze-dried raspberries are simply raspberries and nothing else! We do not add any sweeteners or preservatives so you can enjoy the all natural raspberry flavor. They have a one-of-a-kind sweet and tangy taste that makes for a delicious snack. Freeze-dried raspberries are a good source of vitamin C and fiber. I ground these up in the food processor for a buttercream frosting. It was a delicious way to make pink frosting without food coloring! I love raspberries and freeze-dried anything, but these were not as good as I anticipated if you just eat them out of the bag. Overall, pretty good product, though.
