Our beloved grandfather, Poppy Sol, started this business in an open-air market. Three generations later, we’re still bringing smiles to our customers' faces.
Dried mango is a true tropical delight. This treat lets you enjoy the luscious, sweet taste of real mangoes anytime and anywhere. Try these dried mangoes as a snack or as part of a delicious dessert. Rich in vitamin A, B-complex vitamins, dietary fiber, and antioxidants, dried mangoes are a wonderfully healthy addition to your diet.
Our Registered Dietitian's Top Pick
Our Registered Dietitian and Health Nut's favorite fruit is mango! Each serving of dried mango has 2 grams of fiber and 20-percent of the daily value for immune boosting vitamin A. Try adding dried mango to trail mix, oatmeal, or yogurt.
Health Benefits of Dried Mango
Dried mango is extremely rich in vitamin A, which keeps skin and mucous membranes healthy so that they can protect against bacteria and viruses. Vitamin A also promotes eye health, and can reduce the risk for macular degeneration, the leading cause of blindness among older adults. Dried mangoes are also a good source of B-complex vitamins, which convert food into energy, relieve stress, and improve red blood cell production.
High in soluble and insoluble fiber, dried mangoes are an excellent source of both types of dietary fiber. Soluble fiber helps stabilize blood sugar levels, increases nutrient absorption, and may reduce LDL “bad” cholesterol levels. Insoluble fiber promotes a healthy digestive system and makes for a satisfying snack. Loaded with antioxidants, dried mango is a good source of the protective compounds that fight off oxidative damage caused by free radicals.

“I recently received my first order from you guys and I'm thrilled with the excellent quality of the wasabi peas and pumpkin seeds. My mother has declared the dried mango to be divine, as well as the Cashew Crunch. We PROMISE to continue ordering from you in the future! Thanks tons for such wonderfully prompt service and quality.”

I just received my shipment this afternoon; it included things for my mother and me. She announced after nibbling on the dried mango that your dried mango is DIVINE! She also told me to hide the cashew crunch so that she wouldn't eat it all at once.
I was thrilled to find out how reasonably priced your wasabi peas are and am thoroughly enjoying them. They're H-O-T, but I love them. I've been going around the house singing "WASABI PEAS ARE LIKE A MELODY" (the tune is the first line of "A pretty girl is like a melody"). Thanks tons for prompt service and delightful products.
