“You guys are fantastic. I ordered my glazed fruit - which by the way, I have been looking for for weeks as I make my Xmas fruitcakes in August - at 8:31 AM Wednesday and it arrived on my doorstep at 4PM on Thursday - no not the following week, the following day. Baking this weekend with my grandmother's applesauce fruitcake recipe [the best in the world]. The fruit look gorgeous, but I will let you know how it all turns out. Keep up the wonderful work!”

“Thank you for everything. I am very pleased with my fruit and the price of my fruit. I looked in the grocery store and the fruit I needed was a lot more expensive. They are great tasting, moist and made a fantastic cake. Thank you, Edna”

“Every X-mas I make lebekuken from a recipe my Grandmother brought from her Grandmother which uses citron. I always have trouble finding anyone who knows what citron is. Yours contributed greatly with my continuing a tradition over 100 years old. It was very good.”

“This is without doubt the best candied fruit I have ever eaten. I bought everything to use in baking but find myself snacking...yum! I just hope there is enough left to make the cakes and scones. I couldn't believe how quickly I received my order.”

“I just opened my order of citron, currants and orange peels. I am very happy with the quality. I'm excited about finally being able to make authentic Christmas stollen bread. It is one of my husband's best childhood memories from time spent overseas. Thank you for carrying these hard to find ingredients. I look forward to placing many future orders with you folks!

“Since I am making fruitcakes this year, I opened my bags of dried and candied fruit immediately and started cutting and measuring. And tasting. One of the cakes I make is traditional, with diced, candied peel, etc. I have never tasted candied orange or lemon peel that is as good as yours. Both have a very, strong citrus taste, rather than the disgusting syrupy, sugary taste of most commercially-made peels. Delicious! But the real surprise was the citron. I don't like any citron that I've ever used in the past. I only use it because most traditional fruitcake recipes call for it. Yours is wonderful, really tasty and citrony The best! The other cake is a chocolate fruitcake, with lots of Grand Marnier and cognac and almost no flour. For those cakes I use dried fruit - apricots, peaches, prunes, dates, etc. Needless to say (but I'll say it anyway) your dried fruits were delicious, tender (easy to cut up)
and I can't wait to try the cake. Alas, that won't be for several months, until all the liquor is soaked in. Anyway, thanks so much for such wonderful products.”
