“High quality crystallized ginger is difficult to find at a reasonable price. Nutsonline has it, in spades! Rather uniform sizes, good packaging, and great flavor. I primarily use it to make ginger rice (about 50-60 grams per cup of basmati rice). Cut up in 1/8 to 3/16-inch cubes and add to the cooking water. It cuts clean and is not gooey sticky like the uncrystallized or candied ginger. Great as a snack to get your ginger fix or in your homemade trail mix.”
