“I just found out from David that the coconut milk is ABSOLUTELY free of guar gum and preservatives. That is priceless for people on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (no milk, no gums or fillers like guar gum). This is the only place I've been able to find canned coconut milk without guar gum.
