Organic dried blueberries are an antioxidant powerhouse that also provides a rich source of dietary fiber and vitamins. Our organic blueberries are certified by the USDA and CCOF.
Enjoy Organic Wild Blueberries
Our organic wild blueberries are a healthy way to satisfy a sweet tooth. Experience the joy of blueberries all year round in this plump and perfect treat. Organic dried blueberries are ideal for snacking, and they also go well as a topping for yogurt or oatmeal. Add a great blueberry flavor to trail mixes and granola with these dried wild berries. They can also be used in muffins, pancakes, and other baked treats.
Health Benefits of Organic Wild Blueberries
Organic dried blueberries are an excellent source of antioxidants known as anthocyanins. These anthocyanins neutralize damaging free radicals that accumulate in the body as a result of exposure to environmental factors. They also help lower LDL or “bad” cholesterol levels and reduce the risk for heart disease, stroke, and other chronic conditions. The USDA Human Nutrition Center found that, among 40 commonly eaten fresh fruit and vegetables, blueberries contained the highest level of antioxidants.
Along with their heart-healthy benefits, dried wild blueberries also work wonders for the mind. One 2010 study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry found that eating blueberries on a regular basis improved cognitive ability and memory performance in older adults. Another study found that blueberry consumption delayed memory decline by 2.5 years. Dried blueberries really are a brain food so adding them to your diet is a great way to keep your mind sharp.
For even more reasons to love these nutritious little berries, they are loaded with dietary fiber, including both soluble and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber helps regulate cholesterol and improve blood sugar levels, while insoluble fiber is important for a healthy digestive system. They are also packed with vitamin C to support a strong immune system and help ward off illness. Rich in calcium and manganese, wild blueberries are a good source of minerals that aid bone development and health.

“Next day delivery.....again ! You guys are amazing. Many thanks.”

“I thought I was "splurging" when I bought a pound of the organic blueberries, but even at the rate of a handful a day, they are lasting much longer than I had anticipated, so I no longer view them as a luxury item. Given how delicious and nutritious they are, and how long a pound lasts me, I now consider them to be very affordable and I expect to be ordering them regularly. I would like to try a "pure" version of this product -- organic wild blueberries with nothing added -- but I don't believe the small amount of sugar and sunflower oil added even come close to canceling out the truly amazing health benefits of the blueberries. THANK YOU!!!”

“Hands down the best dried blueberries I have ever had! And I lived in NJ, the blueberry capital of the world!! I usually just get nuts from nuts.com because they are great quality, but I had a blueberry craving while I was placing an order so I rolled the dice. And I am glad I did! Now I just wish I got the 5 lb bag!!”
