Organic evaporated cane juice is a completely natural sweetener made from sugar cane. Because it is not processed as much as table sugar, evaporated cane juice retains more of the nutrients from the sugar cane. Organic evaporated cane juice can be substituted for all uses of table sugar, including baking and sweetening.

Organic evaporated cane juice was the form of sugar used throughout most of civilization's history, the crystals that form when sugar cane juice is left to evaporate. Today, however, most sugar sold in the supermarket has undergone extensive processing. Processed sugar has been linked to many health conditions, including diabetes and heart disease. Evaporated cane juice is not refined, retaining many of the nutrients from the cane, as well as its natural tan color.

Our organic evaporated cane juice is sweet, with a hint of sugar cane flavor. It is sometimes referred to as raw sugar or cane sugar. Use organic evaporated cane juice in baking and confectionary recipes, as well as to sweeten lemonade, tea, coffee, oatmeal, and porridge.
