Quince is an old-fashioned fruit related to the apple and pear. This is great on brioche, croissant or sweet, crusty bread. Also, try basting a chicken with this jelly, and you'll be transported by its floral flavor. The jewel-like color and fragrant flavor make it a delicious treat.
