Quince is an old-fashioned fruit related to the apple and pear. Quince jelly is great on brioche, croissant or sweet, crusty bread. It's also delicious with meats.

This egg-shaped berry, the size of an apple is great sliced in half and eaten with a spoon, but you need to try it in our jelly!

For a touch of Irish our Mint Jelly is not only a necessity for St. Patrick's Day but year round. Mint Jelly is great to serve with lamb, or as an interest sandwich spread.
