Sour Cream & Onion Potatoes

Nothing is easier to make or as great tasting as our gourmet sour cream & onion potato mix.
Directions: 1 1/2 cups potato mix, 1 cup water, 1 1/2 cup milk
In heavy pan: heat milk & water until almost boiling. Remove from heat and gradually add gourmet sour cream & onion potato mix, while stirring. Whip for about 2 minutes (less with electric mixer); cover and steam for 5 minutes; serve.
Microwave Instructions: Pour milk and water into a microwavable dish, heat on high 3-4 minutes until almost boiling. Add potato mix and stir well. Whip for 2 minutes, cover and microwave for 1-2 minutes; serve.
