Balinese Stone Ground Sea Salt

On a remote black sand beach in northern Bali, farmers harvest natural sea salt under the swaying coconut palms. Seawater is evaporated in covered vessels under the tropical sun to reveal a unique white salt of exceptionally pure and simple flavor. The production of premium sea salt takes time and attention to detail. Each small batch of Balinese Sea Salt requires two weeks of hand panning and grading to produce the perfect grain.

“I'm always on the look out for the perfect salt and try unique types all the time. I didn't care for the Pink Himalayan sea salt but the Balinese?! MUWAH! DELICIOUS! I had my son try it and he couldn't believe how light the taste was and didn't have the tang that you get from iodized salt. Good stuff! My new favorite. I've gone through all of your salts now. Love the flour salt; I use that on popcorn. If you could carry French Grey salt, I'd be much obliged. Always thrilled with your products and I've introduced many of my friends to your site. And to think that I found you guys while trying to find a vendor selling quality nuts for me and my parrots. A couple years later and we're all still satisfied customers.”
