Organic Spirulina is a type of blue-green algae found in most lakes and ponds. Our Organic Spirulina is grown in a series of man-made out door pools that are closely supervised. This controlled system grows Spirulina from spring through the fall. Our Organic Spirulina is non-GMO.
It has been consumed for thousands of years by the Aztec and Mayans. Spirulina is considered a complete protein because well over half of it consists of amino acids. Packed with Iron, spirulina may have antiviral and anticancer effects.
Mix 1 tsp of powder in liquids, smoothies, or sprinkled in food.

After consumption my muscles felt like that literally had a drink, it fills you up immensely and gives you energy. I would not put this in food processors, a small percent of the powder does not break down and it is very hard to get out of blenders, just put it in a bowl with water, much easier to clean.”
