Now, about spirulina! I saw a food documentary calling this the best superfood and wanted to give a try. I've been mixing 1 tsp of spirulina with my water daily for a month and half. The first week curbed my appetite. Week 2, I noticed my bones didn't crack when I got up. It also made recovery time shorter after working out. I really can't believe all the positives spirulina has! I even sprinkle it on my 11 year old Siberian husky's food daily. He's showing signs of better mobility (not stiff after lying down), better breath, and his fatty tumors have less mass than before. I can tell he's happier too!
