It also makes a satisfying nacho cheese dip. Shake cheddar cheese powder over popcorn or potato chips for a tasty snack, or sprinkle it over soup for enhanced flavor.
Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix
Ingredients: 1/4 cup of butter or margarine, 1/4 cup of milk, 2 tbsp of Cheddar Cheese Powder.
Cooking Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Heat to 180F in a saucepan and hold the mixture on the heat for 5 minutes.
Cheddar cheese powder has a long shelf-life and does not require refrigeration. It can be stored in a cool, dry place for up to a year. For longer storage, transfer the powder to an airtight container and keep it in the fridge or freezer.
Our cheddar cheese powder is made from regular cheese that is dehydrated to remove its moisture content, so that the cheese can be kept for long-term storage. It takes three pounds of cheddar cheese to make two pounds of cheddar cheese powder.

“Superior quality cheesey-ness. If you've ever for whatever reason wanted that stuff they put on the cheese puffs to make them taste cheesey, this is practically the same thing. Fun to dip chips in or other snacks. Perfect for popcorn.
I would often run out of cheese for making soups so I'd have to improvise with cheese popcorn sprinkly stuff, which works very well. Now I have a whole pound of it AND it's the good stuff. The quality is good enough to allow you to use it as a cheese substitute, because, well, it's made with real cheese! Highly suggest keeping some on hand if you like cooking and/or cheese.
Cheesey! Nom nom nom ^_^”

“Two suggestion, when making your cheese sauce try replacing the butter and milk with sour cream or for extra protein use plain Greek Yogurt.”
