Cheddar Cheese Powder
Cheddar cheese powder is made by taking the moisture out of regular cheese. Three pounds of cheese makes two pounds of powder, producing a velvety smooth, rich flavor.
Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix
Ingredients: 1/4 cup of butter or margarine, 1/4 cup of milk, 2 tbsp of Cheddar Cheese Powder.
Cooking Instructions: Mix all ingredients. Heat to 180F and hold 5 minutes.

“Superior quality cheesey-ness. If you've ever for whatever reason wanted that stuff they put on the cheese puffs to make them taste cheesey, this is practically the same thing. Fun to dip chips in or other snacks. Perfect for popcorn.
I would often run out of cheese for making soups so I'd have to improvise with cheese popcorn sprinkly stuff, which works very well. Now I have a whole pound of it AND it's the good stuff. The quality is good enough to allow you to use it as a cheese substitute, because, well, it's made with real cheese! Highly suggest keeping some on hand if you like cooking and/or cheese.

“When I opened the bag of cheddar powder the aroma of cheddar cheese filled the room. It is so fresh. I wet my finger, then dipped it into the powder. Into my mouth it went.. Heaven on earth! The taste is pure cheddar without any chemical or additive taste. Finally I found a product worthy to use in my cheese making classes. This powder is used in a recipe to make a meltable, sliceable homemade velveeta type cheese without all the added chemicals. Yippee! I found Nuts.com”
