Apple Cider Vinegar Powder has been known to help aid in weight loss, help in digestion, and even help with joint pain.

This is a food product and not medication. On average, the recommended amount is 1/4 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar powder mixed in water or another beverage 3 times daily with meals.

To make a standard apple cider vinegar, mix 1 part powder to 1.5 parts water by weight.

Contains 20% maltodextrin
