Easy Pizza Dough Mix
You will agree that our Easy Pizza Dough Mix is better than any pizzeria.
Pizza Dough Mix
1 2/3 cups mix
1/2 cup water
Dough temperature 80F. Mix 10 minutes on low speed. After mixing, allow dough to rest for 30 minutes. Mold dough to shape & add sauce and filling. Bake at 425 until crust is golden brown. Yield 1 (11") crust.

“Oh my goodness, my husband goes nuts over the pizzas I bake with the dough mix. He calls me the pizza genius, and says they taste better than all those chain places that say they have the best pizza. And we are saving a ton of money by making our own. Even our grown children say they are great. We buy bulk, and then measure out one or two measures of dough mix put in a mylar bag with oxygen absorber. Will last a long time. Kudos”
