Coconut Macaroon Mix

Macaroons are sweet cookie made coconut shavings. This mix is easy to make at home.

Mixing Instructions:
Coconut Macaroon Cookie Mix
1 lb or approx. 3 cups mix
1/2 cup HOT water
Mix thoroughly for 5 minutes. Cover bowl and let set for 15-20 min. Scoop or form cookies onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 min. or until starting to turn golden on the edges. Carefully remove with a spatula and let cool.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing.
