Gluten Free Hearty Whole Grain Bread Mix
Moist, delicious and bursting with whole grains and seeds. The flavor and texture are complex and deeply satisfying. Specially designed for those sensitive to wheat or gluten.
3-1/2 cups Gluten Free Hearty Whole Grain Bread Mix , 1 3/4 cups Water, 1/4 cup Oil, 2 Eggs, 1 tsp Cider Vinegar, 1 packet of active dry yeast
Baking Instructions by hand: Preheat oven to 375 degree. Dissolve packet of yeast in 1 3/4 cups warm (110 degrees) water and let stand for 5 minutes to foam. Have all ingredients at room temperature. Put dry mix in large mixing bowl (preferably use a stand mixer). Add eggs, oil, cider vinegar and yeast-water mixture.
With mixer on low speed, blend all ingredients until smooth. Turn mixer to medium and beat 15 seconds or until mixture thickens slightly. Pour into generously greased 9 x 5-inch nonstick pan. Smooth top of dough with wet spatula. Cover pan with plastic wrap and put in warm place (75 degrees to 80 degrees) to rise for about 40 to 45 minutes or until dough is level with top of pan.
Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until internal temperature of bread reaches 205 degrees, covering bread with foil after it starts to brown. Remove pan from oven and cool bread in pan for 5 minutes. Remove bread from pan and finish cooling on wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.
Bread Machine Baking Instructions (1 1/2 lb loaf): Have all ingredients at room temperature. Follow your specific machine instructions. Add a packet of yeast, (not included), the liquid and dry ingredients in the proper order. Be sure to whisk together the water, oil, vinegar and eggs together before adding to bread machine. Set controls for setting recommended by manufacturer, or to white bread basic setting. Remove bread from bread machine and cool thoroughly on wire rack before slicing.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE POUND OF MIX FOR THIS BASIC RECIPE GIVEN.
There are approximately 2 3/4 cups per pound.

“Hiya! Just received my order! After ordering Friday night, just before 6pm, I got an e-mail a bit after 7pm saying it had shipped! Then it arrived Monday afternoon! I'm in South Jersey - you guys are super-fast! And I see I can put the packing PEANUTS in my compost pile. Super! Everything looks wonderful - nice, bright packaging. Can't wait to get started soaking, dehydrating & making nut butters!”

“I already commented, but thought you'd like to see and read what I made the other day. I love this bread. It makes me feel normal to eat bread that is moist and healthy with lots of grain and seeds in it. Adding the chia seeds increased the healthiness of this bread. I've almost eaten the entire loaf, sharing only 3 slices.
This bread is so good, you need to hoard it.
Thanks again, Nuts Online!

“Having made this bread two times, I can honestly say that it has become one of my favorites. It is a wholesome bread similar to pumpernickel with nuts and seeds that add to its nutritional value. Made in a bread machine (I am new to baking bread) it comes out light, fluffy, and tasty. Beware - the directions are not on the package, but they are online.”
