Mixing Instructions:
Cracked Wheat Bread Mix
5 cups mix
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tbsp. active dry yeast
Add yeast to water & let sit 5 min. Add mix & stir till add drys are wet. Knead till smooth. Cover & let rise 25 min. Divide into 2 loaves & place in bread pans. Proof 45-50 min. Bake at 375-400 for 30-35 minutes.
