Fennel Seeds

Fennel seeds emit an agreeable, warm, sweet odor, somewhat similar to that of anise. They even have a licorice taste! Great for pizza sauces and toppings, Italian sausages, and specialty breads.

These are the lovely multi-coloured sweets you get after an Indian restaurant meal. The combination of the aniseed tasting fennel seed and the candy coating really refreshes the mouth after a rich meal.

Mixed mukhwas is an ever popular mouth freshener found in almost every Indian restaurant. It is made with fennel seeds, pumpkin seeds, sugar, flavoring, and a nutmeg-like seed called supari.
