Organic Bulgur Wheat

All natural organic bulgur wheat is a nutritious whole grain made from precooked wheat kernels. Our organic bulgur wheat has been parboiled, debranned, dried, and ground to a medium size, perfect for making tabouli salad. This whole grain is rich in fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals; low in calories and fat; and easy to prepare and digest. Use organic bulgur wheat in salads, pilafs, burgers, meatballs, casseroles, Middle Eastern dishes, and baked goods.
Prepare by boiling 1 cup of organic bulgur wheat with 2.5 cups of water for about thirty minutes. Bulgur wheat is sometimes spelled "bulgar."
