Our beloved grandfather, Poppy Sol, started this business in an open-air market. Three generations later, we’re still bringing smiles to our customers' faces.
Couscous is a coarsely ground semolina pasta made from the hard part of the wheat. It makes an excellent side dish instead of rice. It tasts great when mixed with other herbs, meats, or fish.
Cooking Instructions: 1. Boil 1-1/4 cups of water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of butter in a saucepan; 2. Stir in 1 cup of couscous; 3. Cover and remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes.

“Submitted my order at 2:40pm. Received a tracking number about ten minutes later (which wasn't working quite yet). It was delivered the next day by 4pm. I hadn't even had a chance to check the updated tracking info. It can't hurt that I'm in the neighboring state, but still. Processing is lightning fast! ”
