Organic Rye Pumpernickel Meal
Organic Pumpernickel Dark Rye Meal is used to add a hearty texture in recipes for European style peasant and pumpernickel breads, or give it a try for a new taste in cereal.
Pumpernickel Dark Rye Meal Cereal
3 cups Water, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 cup Organic Pumpernickel Dark Rye Meal
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add 1 cup Dark Rye Meal and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes approximately 2 cups (4 servings) of delicious hot cereal.
There are approximately 3 3/4 cups per pound.
