Organic Whole Oat Groats

Hundreds of years ago, organic whole oat groats were cooked as a hot breakfast cereal. These organic groats are an oat kernel with the hull removed. Cook as a hot cereal or grind at home to make fresh oat flour.

There are approximately 2 3/4 cups per pound.
