Organic Gluten Free Rolled Oats
All natural organic gluten free rolled oats are perfect for oatmeal or baking. These are manufactured by dehulling plump organic grown oats and stabilizing the oat enzymes through a steam process. The stabilized groat goes into a roller mill where it is flattened. It is then air dried and cooled.
Organic Rolled Oats are completely natural.
Directions: 1 Cup Rolled Oats 2 Cups Water 1/4 tsp. Salt
Stove top Instructions: Bring water and salt to a boil. Add rolled oats, reduce heat, and cook 10-15 minutes (depending on the consistency you desire). Stir occasionally. Cover and remove from heat and let stand a few minutes. Serves two people.
Store oats in sealed plastic or glass containers in a cool, dry, dark cabinet. Oats will keep for 1 year if stored properly.
