Produced from only the highest quality grains and oats, this high fiber cereal is delicious and nutritious.
Organic High Fiber Hot Cereal is made from a carefully balanced blend of stone ground oatmeal, nutrient rich flaxseed, wheat germ, high fiber oat bran, and wheat bran.
Directions: 1/3 cup of cereal and 3/4 cup of water. Stove Top: Combine cereal and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, stirring frequently. Cook for 10 minutes. Microwave: Combine water and cereal in a large bowl. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 tsp. salt, dried nuts, and/or dried fruit, if desired.
There are approximately 3 1/4 cups per pound.
