8-Grain Wheatless Cereal is made from stone ground corn, oats, brown rice, soy beans, oat bran, millet, barley, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed. This is one of our best tasting and most popular cereals.
Cooking instructions:
Ingredients: 3 cups water, 1 cup 8 grain cereal, 1/2 tsp salt.
Stovetop: For a delicious and nutritious hot breakfast cereal, bring 3 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt to a boil. Add 1 cup 8 Grain Cereal and turn heat down. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes enough for four hungry folks. Serve with honey and milk. Also great with fruit and/or nuts.
Microwave Instructions: In large bowl combine 1/4 cup 8 Grain Cereal and 3/4 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
There are approximately 2 3/4 cups per pound.
