Our beloved grandfather, Poppy Sol, started this business in an open-air market. Three generations later, we’re still bringing smiles to our customers' faces.
Durum Flour is an unbleached flour ground from the hard durum wheat. Durum Flour is used for pasta, noodles, couscous and some specialty breads. Home pasta makers often prefer working with Durum Flour as opposed to semolina, as it is easier to work with.

“High quality product and super fast delivery.
Thanks for the delicious coffee sample. I will definitely order a full size. I have been looking for a good medium roast and this one really hit the spot. The aroma is great and reminds me of coffee I used to drink in my home country Germany. Thanks.”
