Oregon Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 cup Fresh Blackberries, 1 cup Milk (Cow, Soy, Rice), 1 tbsp Brown Flaxseeds Meal, 1 tbsp Soy Protein Powder, 1 tbsp Wheat Germ, 1/2 Banana, 5 Ice Cubes.

Cooking Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and process on medium high speed until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy. Serves one.

There are approximately 4 1/4 cups per pound.
