Dried spearmint leaves produce a super-refreshing infusion that is delightful either hot or cold. Naturally caffeine-free, it can calm an upset stomach. Curiously, studies have recently shown that spearmint tea can be effective in limiting hirsuitism (excessive hair growth) in women. Let us know!
