The ginger is a nice, spicy, true ginger flavour that lasts all the way through. I dissolved one in a cup of coffee and it gave the coffee a wonderful ginger flavour. I just opened the ginger candy to taste one after I had finish my dinner it's very nice and mellow to the palate.
