These dark chocolate wafers are perfect for baking . These are about the size of a nickel and soften at a higher temperature than normal chocolate making them ideal for cooking. They taste really great to munch on too!

Since these are designed for cooking and baking, they do not have an exact melting temperature. Because of the different fats in the chocolate these will slowly begin to soften and melt at 95 degrees F.

Due to the high softening temperature, this product is not designed for chocolate molds.

“I'm absolutely amazed at how quickly my order arrived. Your packaging is adorable and made me laugh, the chocolate looks delicious (but alas, it's a gift so I don't get any!), and I really appreciated the email letting me know when it had arrived. I'm so pleased with my experience that I'll definitely be back - it's clear that this is a company so above and beyond the status quo of anonymous big-box retail that's everywhere nowadays. Fantastic!”
