Malted milk powder brings back those old time soda shop feelings. Mix into milk shakes for a wonderful malted taste.

Malted milk powder has a naturally sweet and toasty flavor. It is made from an evaporated mixture of wheat flour, malted barley, and whole milk. Malted milk powder is most commonly used to make ice cream malts and the sweet centers of malted milk balls. It can also be mixed into the batters of cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and frosting for a signature malted flavor.

For a 14 ounce shake, use 1 teaspoon of malted milk powder.

“I just received my 5lb bag of malt milk powder. I tried to find it at my local grocery store and was not able to find it on the shelf. However I was able to find it at and the plus it Kosher. From time I order online to deliver was very fast less than 48 hours. The malt milk powder will be used to make homemade milkshakes for the summer.
