I 'oven bake' fish in the oven, first dipping the fillets in an egg wash, then dredging them in a mixture of almond flour, fresh ground pepper, and parmesan cheese. I spritz them with olive oil and bake them until the fish flakes easily. Yum!

My husband and I made up this recipe a couple weeks ago. My son calls them his "magic" cookies. ;-) They are my new favorite cookie and recipe for almond flour. Enjoy!

Praline Shortbread Cookies

1c coconut oil
2.5c almond flour
1/2c pure maple syrup
1tsp blackstrap molasses
1/4tsp almond flavor
1tsp vanilla flavor
1/2tsp baking soda
1/4tsp cinammon powder
1/4tsp sea salt

Mix all ingredients in vitamix and place in freezer for approx. 10 mins. While in freezer, make topping.

Topping:
1dz khadwari dates
1/3c nuts
2tbs pure maple syrup

Mix in vitamix (chunky)

Preheat oven to 350. Form cookies and apply topping. Bake for approx. 15 mins. Makes approx. 2dz cookies.
